欧中企业联合会总部设立于瑞士伯尔尼。北京设有代理机构（北京瑞中瑞商务咨询有限公司）。联合会的宗旨是为欧盟国家-中国在互惠互利的基础上,搭建一个商务合作、经贸发展以及文化交流等领域的良好平台。
联合会主要服务内容：为欧中企业界专家，学者提供一个高层对话平台；帮助欧盟各国与中国的跨国公司、行业组织、金融资本和教育培训机构建立联系。承担欧中双边政府、行业组织和企业委托的专题调研项目;安排政府与民间的互访考察培训等交流互访活动，组织双边招商引资与多种产业的论证咨询;提供符合国际规范的商务中介和公共关系服务，组织和开展欧盟-中国的文化交流活动。
The Euro-Sino Enterprises Association is an international firm based in The Netherlands, Switzerland and China. Its goal is committing to build a mutually beneficial business platform and promote the cooperation and development between European and Chinese enterprises.
We closely work together with the governments in China and the European countries, as well as with local partners who are experts in their respective fields.
